Privacy Policy

Tronqa (“we”) provides invoicing, time tracking, expenses, and related business tools. This policy explains what data we process to run the product.

Data we process

• Account data: name, email, password hash, organization membership
• Business data: customers, invoices, estimates, payments, projects, time, expenses
• Technical logs: authentication events, audit trail actions, email delivery status

How we use it

To provide the service, send invoice emails you initiate, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell customer data. Processors may include email (e.g. Resend) and payments (e.g. Stripe) when you enable them. Client portal links expose only that client’s invoices.

Retention & rights

You can export invoices (CSV) and request deletion of your workspace by contacting support. Keep backups of any documents you need for tax retention rules in your country.
